Enjoy a beautiful, nourishing experience for your heart and soul on a summer day outside in gorgeous Mother Nature :) This mini nature retreat will include:
walking and connecting to your body, senses, and each other in Nature.
nervous system grounding and mindfulness practices.
grief/loss group conversation and connection with others who are also grieving.
understanding grief and loss from a different perspective.
emotional processing workshop (introducing EFT Tapping).
