A monthly Grief Walking Group: connecting with our body, heart, nature and each other through motion. Note: People grieving ANY and ALL losses are welcome -death, ends of relationships, betrayal loss, health, pet loss, moving, job, financial, trust/safety loss, any big life change....

About the event
This event will include 1 hour of slow, mindful walking through the jungle garden, followed by 1 hour of casual group discussion.
Bring a water bottle, and wear clothes/shoes to your comfort. NOTE: the jungle garden at the Citadel is tropical and warm, especially on sunny days.
