Walking with Grief in Nature

This event will include 1 hour of slow, mindful walking through the jungle garden, followed by 1 hour of casual group discussion.

Bring a water bottle, and wear clothes/shoes to your comfort. NOTE: the jungle garden at the Citadel is tropical and warm, especially on sunny days; please consider what you wear as there is no coat check available.
